I think you’ve perhaps misconstrued the point I’m making. I’m not saying that #NUFC are culpable but it’s human nature for someone to look for other factors when something goes wrong. He won’t be looking at the inclusion of Burn, Tino and Gordon and be feeling reassured it’s not because of the club he’s playing at. He will be looking at not playing every game when available, and moving to a club that makes his inclusion more likely.

Lewis Hall failing to make the England World Cup squad is crazy to me. Sadly, I also think it makes him leaving much more likely. #NUFC
