More terrible service from @Lenovo @lenovo_UKI ordered a monitor which has come without the HDMI lead it should have come with & how on earth are you supposed to resolve any issues here when no one wants to help??? Awful customer service! Should have gone to #HP or #dell

@Lenovo I had to pick my order up from the DHL delivery driver today myself, as after it should have arrived yesterday, they were saying I'd only get it this evening, when our office building closes at 6pm. @DHLParcelUK need to change your courier as these will let you down!

@Lenovo Terrible service, not receive our order even though express delivery paid for, apparently no complaints department, so dismissive & unhelpful 😡

@Lenovo Your customer service department were shocking, didnt want to help me at all, spent all day trying to sort with DHL direct after struggling to obtain contact details all day and Lenovo washing their hands of it. If DHL are your courier, you need to take more responsibility!
