Hana deserves credit for being transparent. They’re testing Mainnet Phase 3, rolling it out invite-only, and not overpromising. That’s how real teams build slow, steady, focused. That said, shifting tone from “no TGE in first week of July” to “no promises at all” does sting. Expectations were already set, and changing that mid-way feels like mismanagement of hype. Still, it’s better than radio silence. They’re active, building, and showing progress. Not perfect, but not shady either.
