@_Itz__Charlie Asking a dental hygienist friend, they said that potentially the filling may have altered your bite which may lead to grinding and other issues. Though the grinding would be usually when you sleep, which you haven't been. Or maybe it's what's been waking you up when you manage it

@DuragonArt I need to get a visit to my psychologist and i will ask if I may be allowed to get it, even though I don't want to but I'm very sleepy

@_Itz__Charlie It does but it's a very artificial way to sleep so sadly I don't find any enjoyment on sleeping anymore. It is a desperate measure but I hope you have at least that. I hope you're finding help.

@_Itz__Charlie Sadly, I have to take clonazepam as well, as my schizophrenia prevents me from sleeping. It does help, but must be handled by a specialist as it can cause liver issues. Please be careful, and I hope you let people around you help.
