STATE CHAMPION!!! Charles Walker wins 7-5 to earn the 2025 Class 3A 215lb State Championship! Charles finishes the year with a recorded of 50-2. What a spectacular year for an amazing young man! 🎉 Exciting News from Joliet Central High School! 🎉 We are excited to announce that our Steelmen Cheerleaders have qualified for the IHSA State Finals after an amazing 2nd place finish at the Mascoutah Sectional! 🏆👏 Our talented roster includes Anahi Antonio, Cesars Arciniega, Ashlyn Denson, Chloe Donaldson, Alfonso Duenez, Raul Hernandez, Jamaria Holmes, Jasmine Jimenez, Tremane Mackins, Johan Rodriguez, and Lesly Villarruel. Big thanks to our dedicated coaches Amanda Wisslead, Jairo Fonseca, Amaria Hickman, and Jessica Roubissoff. The team will compete on Friday, 2/7, at 4:50 PM in Bloomington.
