You’ve really got to have your wits about you in the Whistun Trophy at #GoodwoodRevival. You’ve either got a V8 breathing down your neck, or you’re very quickly discovering how much grip you have when you clip the grass in the Chicane exit!

@wbuxtonofficial Indeed, it is in the DNA of the 500. In 2018 my team and I found ourselves sweating out bump day, qualifying 33rd. Whilst not fun at the time, it was an amazing life experience. To get every bit of speed you could out of what you had and make the race 🇺🇸

I really don’t like this at all. It goes against everything this incredible race stands for. Nobody has the right to race the Indy500. It has to be earnt. Not by pedigree. Not by reputation. Not by ownership. But by being one of the 33 fastest, bravest racers in the world.

And the point is that I can create a stepping stone from sim racing to the GT3 so that you don’t only end up in motorsport via karting, because that costs a ridiculous amount of money at the moment. Sim-racing is a lot cheaper compared karting. And of course such a switch is possible.
