Friday was our Flame Test Lab. Students loved watching the flame change color & enjoyed identifying 3 unknown samples.Actually seeing the energy electrons release as light, when returning to their stable state, helped them fully understand this unit.@RandyBelcherBHS @_JadeWiseman

🎲☢️ Half-life in action! Students modeled radioactive decay by rolling dice and watching nuclei “decay” one toss at a time. Even randomness follows physics rules. ⚡#IBnIBPhysics #IBnLDBELLib @RandyBelcherBHS
