@KayliMills @askforabigail I often wonder why that isn’t a more readily available resource on any agencies part. I know you have to get a bit more minute person to person but a general understanding is def lacking

@askforabigail @_JasonLord_ It really should be offered for free through agencies and at least affordably otherwise. It's way too necessary a skill now.

I would love to do something like this even it’s a “yeah I already knew that” kind of seminar. There are so many layers to regulating your image, even if it’s not the perfect picture of who you are. If you want a career in anything, people need to get better at this.

@melissamedinavo I’ll take this a step further. I’ve had a whole VO studio steal my class name and syllabus, then go on to teach it for years. And I still have to go in to record jobs at this studio. They’ve never said anything. I’ve also had multiple studios steal another class format from me

Every reputable VO Coach I know has had their syllabus stolen, and a student go on to teach a half-ass version of their class. Let that sink in. Don't just listen to anyone who is ONE step ahead of you, listen to the professionals these people are imitating poorly. 😉
