.@Twitch just banned one of the most humble, hardest-working traders on the platform, @notdecu.
This is someone who streams 12–13 hours a day for a month. One wallet. No coin promotions. Pure transparency. Pure education. He teaches his audience how to trade responsibly and built his community organically through work ethic alone.
His growth exploded overnight and so did his Discord. That’s not manipulation. That’s momentum. (Let's contrast his viewership and discord membership, are those bots as well?)
The reasoning cited in the ban notice simply doesn’t line up with the reality of his content.
Have we reached a point where rapid, organic success is treated as suspicious?
@djclancy999 you built your career in emerging tech long before leading Twitch. From AI and innovation at Google to stepping into the CEO role at Twitch, your trajectory has been defined by growth in fast-moving spaces. Imagine if that rise had been penalized instead of supported.
Creators deserve at least one thing: a real appeals process with real human interaction. Twitch profits from human connection but when creators need connection most, they’re met with automation.
This isn’t just about @notdecu.
It’s about every creator grinding 12+ hours a day trying to build something from nothing.
Reinstate him.
Review the case transparently.
Stand for the creators who make the platform what it is.
This is a formal call to action.
