Great Day Today‼️ran my open 400m at states today and ran a PR of 49.7. With hard work comes success overall great sophomore season can’t wait to see how my summer workouts go.‼️couldn’t have done it without my great coaches and teammates to raise me up.🦅

States is only 2 days away! Regionals went great. I won and pr’d in long jump with a 22’4.5 putting me as the top seed going into states. Fortunately, I just ended up qualifying in the 100m. As the szn comes to an end I’m going to give 110% and finish what I started! #statebound
