How long is too long to not hear from your VManager/Assistant? I haven't heard from mine in over a month. The only tasks I ever gave them were business email management, sponsor & collab handling and scheduling meetings. I have reached out multiple times to no reply and even my mods have wondered where they went. I'm genuinely asking what I should do because I would feel bad if I fired them without giving them a chance to explain if something happened in their life.
