My incident sa work kahapon na naka affect sakin negatively. Co workers were very supportive (they called, messaged, and cheered me up). The bosses only replied to me 5 hours after I escalated them the issue (it was a substantially big one to get them to step in)

@wanakopake @mstraveler Even after the medication it will leave a scar sa lungs and possible pa din bumalik yung TB kaya sobrang risky pero i know there's an order na bawal mag discriminate ang employer ng isang applicant na may TB. But the risk will still be there.

@_JnJanXx @mstraveler actually, nagtanong na ko s mga dr. two weeks ang incubation period. meaning two weeks after magstart ang gamutan hindi na nakakahawa. 99% ang bumalik s work agad. kahit un may spinal tb(un tb is nasa spine nya rin) which is sobrang sakit.

Curious kung gaano ba katagal ang incubation period ng tb? how ling since diagnosis and treatment na pede na bumalik sa work?

@wanakopake @mstraveler Yep that's right, however naka depende pa din sa employer if they will accept an employee with TB since they have to undergo medical examination.

@mstraveler @wanakopake It takes 6 months for the medication. After 2 months ata if okay na pwede na mag work however very risky pa. Depende pa din if the TB meds are working.
