Stay with me here, they work LONG hours and sometimes don’t make overtime or not paid that overtime money until months after. PLUS they don’t have the proper materials in order to do the work at times. The whole system needs change. Pay the doctors and nurses correctly

Some people should be fired. I agree! But let’s look at the deeper issues in the public healthcare system.
Many work hard on their degrees and are not paid their worth. Many doctors have to juggle both private and public jobs in order to make a good amount of money
