@Yemihazan What if we’re the apex civilisation. Our thought of extra terrestrial life is so fixated on an advanced civilisation way ahead of humans. It might not be so. It actually might be that whatever life forms that exist may be so different from what we perceive life to be.

After you've come to terms with the fact that we are not alone in the universe, then your mind begin to breakdown the possibility of the different civilizations. That's where I am now. High chances humans are the bottom tier of the civilizations.
