2/ Here is some detail on those contributions, from the planning report. That they have been included is no doubt partly thanks to work by @LJActionGroup in pushing for improvements.

1/ The Hardess/Wellfit street development was granted planning permission last week. The conditions include some financial contributions to improving Loughborough Junction station.

@ianvisits Also a plainly common-sense move, but also unfortunately needy of funds, would be adding stations to the Overground at Brixton (with tube interchange), & maybe Loughborough Jct. It's crazy that the Overground goes straight through the centre of Brixton & doesn't stop.
