@cyreneofego --But maybe think of it like an equation, such as: 'Things you carry that define you' + 'the energy you spend to carry them' = 'a slightly stronger you tackling another new day', aka it could be a positive as long as you're not trying to carry to much and messing up the 'math'

@cyreneofego Burdens, responsibilities, memories, emotions - I think carrying these things around takes energy/effort, resulting in a type of negative (though there are some of these things that can reinforce you as well), sort of like being tired after a long day--
