I am left with 250k for my first 900k bond i took in 2021 which is my primary residence. And my second 950k bond i took in 2023 is at 920k and the rental income is covering all the costs for this one. The value for the property is around 1.2 million I am planning on taking another one this year. This is not a one size fits all. If you are renting big up to you for affording to rent and if you can afford to buy big up to you for affording to buy. For those who want to buy, dont be discouraged by those who bought wrong. Analyze your finances and buy right.
