🚨 A Minnesota CDL holder allegedly drove the WRONG WAY for miles on Missouri Hwy 61, narrowly avoiding multiple head-on collisions. He had a valid CDL. After being stopped, he failed the federally required English proficiency standard and was placed out of service. Federal regulations require commercial drivers to read and understand English road signs and safety instructions. An 80,000-lb tractor-trailer entering oncoming lanes is a severe public safety hazard. Standards protect the public. Enforce them.
