Tomorrow holders can migrate their @ChimpersHQ to a new, royalty-enforced contract. What changes (and what doesn’t): • Same token ID • Same art, traits, and metadata • Legacy NFT is locked → new NFT is minted • Claim window stays open for 1 full year If some NFTs aren’t migrated after a year, they’ll be safely held by the team until the original holder proves ownership - ensuring the collection remains whole at 5,555. Why this matters Royalty enforcement allows secondary trading to actually support the ecosystem - funding development, rewards, and IP growth - instead of relying on endless drops or dilution. This keeps Chimpers competitive with top brands while protecting against marketplace farming and misaligned incentives. Where royalties go: • Ecosystem investment via the Dojo Reserve • $CHMPSTR & NFT support • Collector Hub rewards • Long-term IP expansion Important: Migration is required for: • Collector Hub participation • Future reward seasons • Holder-only access, perks, and experiences Legacy NFTs won’t be eligible going forward.
