The new Mario Galaxy movie is pretty decent. I'd say 6 or 7/10. My only complaint was it relied too heavily on "Easter Eggs". Whereas my 8 year old son knew every game reference, my mom who went with us didnt recognize any past 1995.
Just got back from seeing the Mario Galaxy movie. It was a fun and vibrant movie full of endless game references, both obvious and obscure. It was obviously made for real fans of the games and not the “Oh yeah I remember Mario on Nintendo!” movie critics. The more references you know the more you will enjoy the movie. If you were hesitant about seeing it because of the reviews, just ignore them and go see it as it’s worth seeing on the big screen.
@_Deez_Games My two boys loved it. My older one was whispering all the Easter eggs into my ear as it went on. He lost it when Luigi painted that special character from Smash Bros!
It's mental that people are heavily critiquing The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. It's a kids film, I took my 5yo son to see it today and he LOVED it.
It's like they wanted shocking drama, gut wrenching monologues, life lessons, deep metaphors.
It's a slightly chubby Italian plumber and his brother in their overalls, on an adventure with a screaming mushroom.
That's literally all that matters. It was never intended to be Shawshank Redemption or Ben Hur, was it? I thought it was great, loads of fan service, and introduced a new generation to the amazing Fox McCloud/Star Fox 💙
@kevinwoo91@McDonalds Sorry friend but I tried the Huntrix meal today and those ramyeon fries are SO delicious! I promised my kids we would get the Saja Boy breakfast this weekend though.

Happy 20th wedding anniversary to my wonderful husband Adam. Life’s an adventure with you every day!!! (And thanks to the 2006 Cav Man for crashing our wedding photos!)
I wonder if, during some large catastrophe like 9/11 for example, there was a man or woman walking toward work in the towers, saw the first plane go in, and realize in a flash second they could walk completely out of their life and be presumed dead. It would’ve been long before cctv or facial recognition software, maybe they’d already been thinking about it for some time, had cash hidden away and what not. It’s strange how it would be virtually impossible to disappear now. We’re photographed hundreds if not thousands of times a week just going about our lives.
Virginia will stand up to this. In court. The President’s latest executive order is a blatantly illegal and malicious attempt to block access to the ballot. whitehouse.gov/presidential-a…

#IStandwithJaden because nobody should be forced to celebrate something they don't believe in. We went from "tolerate us!" To "participate" and that's not OK
