When I went to school half a century ago, the length instructions were 8 inches above the knee for the school uniform and 10 inches above the knee for the sports uniform. No one was distracted. Do younger generations have problems focusing?

Greater Manchester is becoming uncontrollable and poses greater risks to public safety. As Mayor, addressing antisocial behaviour and knife crime will be among my priorities. We must create safer boroughs for everyone.
