@MrsMagdaBeard I feel the same, my husbands “rest period” when he gets home is wrestling our kid(s) while I finish dinner usually lol, he only sees them for maybe 2 hours between work and bedtime and I think he values that more than total silence 😅

I've never understood a lot of this... my husband just acts normal and not like an overwhelmed asshole who "needs space" before "doing more work" (aka spending time with and being happy to see his family) without having to think about it or turn it into another chore. This was the case when he worked in an office and now that he works from home. Maybe I got lucky.
