This one is tough, but it’s the culture of football. Joe Brady just revealed he missed the birth of his child to coach. Player’s miss births, birthdays, holidays, funerals and coaches to the same. It may not be right but that’s what it is. There is no paternity leave for people who contribute to wins and losses! Probably a pretty unprecedented decision.
