It takes something special to win a National Title in D1 Wrestling. Few people can even comprehend the level of talent and mindset these athletes have. But if I was in charge of assembling a team of people to build a business, I would take the guys who battled back to get 3rd.

Disappointed in the number of medical forfeits this round. Used to be a round of warriors. Almost no forfeits. And yes, I wrestled in this round so I've been there and I know how tired and beat to shit you are. On top of that, we were on match 35-40 for the season.

We had two district champs over the weekend! Rocco Czarnecki (132) and Paul Tepley (190)! Ky’Ron Fikes also qualified for the state tournament placing 4th place at 138lbs. Mason Frye finished in 6th place at 215lbs.
