#BREAKING CJI Surya Kant clarifies his remarks from yesterday's hearing, saying a section of media "misquoted" him. "What I had specifically criticised were those who have entered professions like the Bar with the aid of fake and bogus degrees. Such persons have sneaked into media, social media, and other noble professions and hence they are like parasites," the CJI says. The CJI had yesterday referred to such persons as "youngsters like cockroaches" during a hearing, remarks that were widely reported as an attack on unemployed youth. "It is totally baseless to suggest that I criticised the youth of our nation. Every youth of India inspires me," he adds. #SupremeCourt
Attacking someone’s looks, clothes or makeup isn’t just a low blow, it’s the weakest argument possible and says more about you than them. My criticism of @Sanju_Verma_ only ever has been about her dodging questions, attacking the anchor instead of answering, or speaking out of turn. That’s it. It's very clear seeing the leading signals on social media: Every news, and more fake news, are going to be used by the DS to instigate Indians against the PM and GoI in the coming months. It's going to be a barrage, no a deluge, of negative news (mainly Reuters, Bloomberg, WSJ, FT) and propaganda to try disillusion the most hardcore supporters. To prepare the base for protests and anarchy to try create govt instability in India. But they will fail in the end. Because these losers, the communists and islamists, don't get India.
