Driving home from the airport last night i witnessed someone trying to take their own life.Thankfully the police managed to prevent it,please check in on your friends and family and hug them a little tighter. Really puts into perspective how precious life is #MentalHealthMatters

Contemporary placement completed with flying colours. It was enjoyable & fascinating identifying the areas an OT could be of benefit. Wouldn’t have succeeded without the support received after losing a loved one suddenly💔 A placement that will be remembered for the wrong reasons

Due to my wrist being badly sprained and needing to take an extra 3 weeks out. I have had to defer my placement, it was a hard decision and I’m gutted. However, this allows me time to rest and heal ready for next semester💚🤞🏼 #occupationaltherapystudent #OccupationalTherapy

Little setback :( having a possible fracture of my scaphoid in my wrist has left me like this !!! Waiting for another X-ray to confirm in a few weeks time. Really hoping it isn’t broken so that I can continue on my placement 💚✨ #OccupationalTherapy #occupationaltherapystudent
