BREAKING NEWS: A 19-year-old Oak Park man, Eliel Argudo Tenorio, has been charged with first-degree murder following a completely random, unprovoked shooting near Chicago's Grant Park. Prosecutors state Tenorio was drinking with friends on Jackson Drive on the night of June 15th when 27-year-old Malik Jones rode by on a Divvy bike. Without any provocation, Tenorio allegedly pulled out a gun and fired a single shot, killing Jones. Chicago Police tracked Tenorio to his home using license plate cameras, and he is currently being held in custody
