@_NoProblemzz In these first 3 games he was doing just fine while also sharing the responsibility with P/F. More good passes than bad ones.

It's really unfortunate that Franz went down & Suggs went cold & finished like he did. I've rewatched games 1 and 3 & half of 2. You can fairly objectively say Suggs was ORL's best player in the first half of each & ORL likely doesn't steal game 1 without his 1st quarter.

Jalen Duren looked like one of Detroit’s biggest breakout stars during the regular season. Nearly 20 points per game. Double-double production every night. Elite efficiency around the rim. But Cleveland’s playoff defense completely changed the series for him. His scoring dropped from 19.5 PPG to 10.2 PPG. His efficiency fell dramatically. And the Cavaliers consistently made life difficult for him physically inside. That’s one of the biggest differences between regular season basketball and playoff basketball. Every weakness gets attacked. Every matchup becomes more physical. Every possession matters more. Duren is still incredibly young and talented, but this series showed just how different postseason basketball can feel for rising stars 👀

@_NoProblemzz @SixthManShow I want to keep Franz because we get more from trading Paolo. It’s called math. This build hasn’t worked. Paolo said so himself.

I get he hasn’t produced in the playoffs and he needs to. But far too many just have no idea how impactful/important Jalen is to the defense. Without flipping 80% of the roster this is just not going to be an elite offensive team, and that’s not happening. Defense needs to be the strength.
