I don’t understand why every vehicle isn’t a hybrid. Why not use regenerative braking to charge a battery in every car? Huge increase in gas mileage. Why do they still make non-hybrids?

We must approach this topic however with a clear head. We must ask ourselves what kind of a city we’re going to give our children. One of chronic illness and impoverishment owing to car dependent sprawl? Or one which is edifying, efficient and one which we can be proud of.
