I hold on to my theory when Taliban India new relations are unfolding. China attacked India on Galwan just to deter India from putting boots on ground in Afghanistan. India would have made at least symbolic presence there as part of umbrella coalition while US would withdraw. That was what Trump wanted. Some section in India also supported that. Ofcourse Pakistan and China didn't want this to happen. So Galwan.

@AgentSaffron Why? Only thing that it lacked once was executable economic vision. Now that seems to be in place. What will kill it?

Energy is the most fundamental need of society. We have created a new brand “Unity” for creating large scale battery solutions. The first step is to learn from the world, second to execute at scale and the third to build capability in India. Each of these Unity Box is 5MWH (approx 5cr) and they can power 5000 houses.

@INCKerala Almost every household has AC these days. Every year your housing society would be adding 10% extra ACs without grids failing. Grid doesn't fail. Grid should be ready to absorb slightly higher load (maybe 5%+) in few areas from induction stoves.

POTENTIAL GRID FAILURES | Are we heading towards another energy shortage disaster? Is the government preparing for it? If LPG shortages continue, restaurants will eventually shift to induction stoves and electric cooking, at least in cities where firewood is not an option. A typical home induction cooktop draws around 1.5 to 2 kW, while commercial restaurant grade induction units can draw 3 to 5 kW or more per burner. Now imagine this happening simultaneously across major cities like Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai and others. Not just in tens of thousands of restaurant kitchens, but also in millions of homes switching to induction stoves or microwaves when LPG becomes unavailable. Cooking happens at roughly the same hours everywhere. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. This creates synchronized demand spikes. While the total electricity demand may still be manageable at the grid level, the real stress appears in the local distribution network. A typical urban distribution transformer of 500 kVA to 1 MVA can effectively support only about 150 to 300 home induction stoves (around 2 kW each) or 50 to 100 commercial restaurant stoves (around 3 to 5 kW each) operating simultaneously once other loads are accounted for. Feeders serving dense commercial or residential clusters could therefore face overloads, voltage drops or tripping during peak cooking hours. In that sense, a cooking gas shortage today could quietly evolve into a distribution grid stress test across India’s major cities tomorrow. The only real solution is to significantly upgrade electrical infrastructure, increasing the capacity of transformers and feeders across cities. But such upgrades take years of planning and execution. Is the government thinking about this angle? Or will we realize the problem only after the grid starts failing?

@Ajain112 If it's 100% synthetic garment it may spread faster. If industrial cooling has to be installed, avoid PUF insulation. That burns with high intensity and drips on machines etc destroying everything.

@Ajain112 50Cr fire loss though isn't unheard off but very rare in garments industry. It doesn't spread so fast like raw cotton. Basic Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors should help. Key is good housekeeping. Spacing between racks/heaps. 24*7 watch.

Read bewakoof founders post on LinkedIn, very scary. Cotton / garments if once caught on fire you just cannot control it. Every factory in garments / textiles / warehouses should spend heavily on fire fighting equipment / training etc.

@relar13 @Kaizou_Bhuvi_17 @MattooShashank Depends upon parameters you choose. But that aside, all this talk arises because Carney had in that now famous speech called Canada and similar powers a Middle power. If you are calling Canada a Middle power, India definitely qualifies as Great Power.

@_PSG123 @Kaizou_Bhuvi_17 @MattooShashank India is closer to Canada than China. China, America are true great powers. EU is a sub great power, if it was federalized than it would a true great power. India, Brazil, Japan, Germany are middle-upper countries. Canada is middle-middle.

Journalist: Are "middle powers" like India and Canada resetting ties as part of a global resistance? Canadian PM Carney: I wouldn't call India a middle power. I'm happy for Canada to be called a middle power. But India's trajectory and ambition is totally different.

@Kaizou_Bhuvi_17 @MattooShashank Not shameful. But if you want to call India middle power, you have to call Canada something else. You can't bracket those two in same category.

Almost 3 decades ago, CPIM in West Bengal removed all Gov-Generals, viceroys and other Raj statues from public spaces and placed them in Victoria Memorial. Apparently removal of statue reeks of insecurity when done by Hindutva Party. It's decolonization when done by communists
