THANK YOU to Guildford Hockey Club for such a fantastic Men’s Health Awareness Day last Saturday 💙
It was a great event supporting both physical and mental health, and we were delighted to be part of it alongside Andy’s Man Club, Mentell and Everyone Active.
Sean was inspired to support us after a conversation at a local event - a great reminder of how important those everyday conversations can be in raising awareness.
Good luck to Sean, who is taking on the Marathon des Sables in support of The Prostate Project 💙 Known as one of the toughest endurance events in the world, Sean will be covering around 270km over 7 days in the Sahara Desert, completely self-sufficient. Incredible!
