Normal Day. I eat breakfast , then go to the gym , after the gym I eat, later I either play Padel tennis or take a dance class , then eat , I take a walk if I haven’t hit my steps ,usually eat fruit before , then eat again after . Then dinner. I wake up at 5am , in bed by 9pm.
