Sexual preferences on average reflect gendered and social stereotypes. Asian culture doesn’t really like dating outside their race especially with darker skinned people (not just black). So if they do date outside their race it’s usually at least white because it’s more socially acceptable; even more-so if they are gay (because of the negative stigma around being gay in certain Asian cultures) and wanting to bring someone home to their family, it’s the path of least resistance.
Unfortunately we are relegated to a stereotype for dating purposes until people actually get to know us.
