@bspinef The improvements themselves are the items in the portfolio, they show your growth as an artist. I see no reason why a company wouldn't be impressed to see the quality improvement.

@_RevStudio The advantage is that you keep improving, the improvements are clearly visible. While the disadvantage is that your work never reaches a finish. In other words, the number of items in your portfolio doesn't increase. I do not recommend this for those looking to join a company.

Doing one thing for a long time does make it better. My past self was quite arrogant. I wouldn't say that I did well to my past self... 🫩

The reason I started uploading my characters to the internet was because a PD from my previous company told me that my character's design wasn't preferred in the global market. I started posting them to see who was right. And the project and the company failed.
