Everybody keeps asking: "What are the top 20% designers doing differently??" Bruh, I really wish I could find a single answer to these questions. But I don't. It's a whole lot and this is why this aspect of the industry is usually not talked about enough. Many designers are winging it. No system, No structure, No strategy. Ahhhhh❗ You'll always live in anxiety. The best thing I can do Rn is create an awareness to the problem many people don't notice they have. And maybe create a Mentorship that explores all these in detail. What do you think?

People say "Positioning" like it's one tough concept. But it's actually very simple and it's a combination of two things: Visibility and Perception. Visibility is how much you are being seen. Perception is who or what you are being seen as. Visibility + Perception = Positioning

A client once told me they reached out because they saw me help another client make alot of conversions through my designs. Now the only way he was able to see this was because I made a post stating exactly how I helped a client achieve this. I communicated the importance and impact of my skill. This attracted a potential client that wanted similar results. This thing is actually simple, the problem is you think posting designs randomly is enough❗

In the past anytime I post designs I just type: Designs I did for "sososo" brand. That's all. I got zero leads or clients. Why? Because I was posting like 80% of designers. "The designs may not even be his own" - is exactly how clients would think. There was zero personality behind the post so my audience were unable to connect. But now I am different, I now have a brand message, I communicate how I did my designs, the challenges faced etc, I also communicate the potential impact of working with me. Clients started flowing in like magic! ✨

@_SAMMYARTS I heard from someone that my personal brand is not just about designs. It's about me. Many content dey my head o. But another person will say don't confise the algorithm, you need to focus on a topic. Boss please help

The problem is you just post designs. Everybody does that so you automatically won't stand out. You need to change how you create your content. Your content should reflect the impact your skill. Clients are not here to see how good you are, they are here to see if your current skill level will get them the results they need.
