Everybody keeps asking:
"What are the top 20% designers doing differently??"
Bruh, I really wish I could find a single answer to these questions.
But I don't.
It's a whole lot and this is why this aspect of the industry is usually not talked about enough.
Many designers are winging it.
No system, No structure, No strategy.
Ahhhhh❗
You'll always live in anxiety.
The best thing I can do Rn is create an awareness to the problem many people don't notice they have.
And maybe create a Mentorship that explores all these in detail.
What do you think?

@_SAMMYARTS This question might sound weird.
I use camera raw filter for only editing photos or elements.
I use color balance and curves to do small color grading.....is that enough?
English

I do two types of Color grading.
One is done while designing by balancing the color tone of each element to the universal tone of the design.
I don't do this for all the elements, some are already slightly balanced and to avoid making the design monotonous
I only do it for the totally off elements.
The second color grade is done with the Camera raw filter, where I generally balance the global lights, shadows and midtones.
This creates a unified tone that gives that "Pop" feeling.
You should try it ✨

Somebody said I was just "lucky"
Lol.
And this is the mindset of many freelancers, They believe they just need to be "lucky" and maybe they will win.
To win without waiting for luck you need to build systems❗
Systems are structures that works and help you make money (indirectly).
I don't make money from being a good designer.
I make money from building better systems.

@AffahKingsley Yes.
And it's impossible to build experience without time.
But unfortunately time is limited and there is not enough time to wing things.
Get knowledge that can help you.
English

@_SAMMYARTS If you must succeed you need all the help you can get, a system helps you in many ways that only experience can open your eyes to
English

"Many people set goals blindly"
You have certainly heard this before.
To set goals blindly is to set a goal without systems.
It's like driving a car to a destination with your eyes closed!
Systems serves as navigations that guarantees you achieve your goals.
It's not optional.
It is a NECESSITY❗
English

@_SAMMYARTS Not a thought but a belief; it'd be of benefit to many
