The most important part of coaching this sport is investing in a healthy mind. It is so much more than just cheerleading 💙

This summer is all about finding ourselves, setting goals, and holding the rope. Tonight our girls had an opportunity to learn from Kate McCauley from DANU LLC who really opened their minds and hearts. Cheerleading is important but having a healthy mind is what matters most.

Congratulations to Freshman Mia Kelly for being named Honerable Mention All Chesmont. Mia batter .313 with an OBP of .371 while playing first base. Mia has a great future ahead of her for the Vanguards.
