Contrails/chemtrails (same thing. They're from normal planes) cause warming at night (real cause of "global warming" perhaps?🤔). This thread describes a way being trialled to reduce them then by directing flights through areas with conditions where they're less likely to persist

@helena_bennett_ @James_BG Yes but @James_BG, Heathrow is likely not the best airport for these aircraft e.g. we propose converting private jet and regional airports instead. If Heathrow was used then the runway, terminal, gates etc. would need to be very different. Think 30, rather than 300 seat planes.
