The 4 pillars of a happy, effective life: Movement: we are designed to move, inside and out. Mindfulness: paying attention to your attention. Connection: to nature, faith and your heart. Courage: reclaiming truth and speaking it into existence. So simple, but we complicate it.

I am a beautifully constructed dichotomy. Harmony is my direction. Eternal is my duration.

Everything is transient. It’s better to watch it unfold.

Remember: movement is your autonomy, your keycard, and compass to live free.
