Since this account is finally getting small traction, make I introduce myself properly 😂 I’m Destiny. I like deep conversations, football, storytelling, faith, politics, human behavior and basically anything wey go make person reason life deeply. I love bole and fish like mad. I love hymns and I be part time Mobile journalist. You’ll mostly see me tweet about: • Society & culture • Faith • Real life issues • Football • Writing/storytelling • Random observations and late-night thoughts 😂 I no like unnecessary noise or fake deep takes. I just enjoy honest conversations and people wey fit reason beyond headlines. Still growing. Still learning. Still figuring things out one step at a time. But if there’s one thing about me, na say I go always speak my mind respectfully 🤝 If you like meaningful conversations with small cruise and Nigerian spice, you’re welcome 🫶🏽

When I was younger, my mum never allowed us eat before my dad came home. Didn’t matter if it was 7pm or 11pm. We hated it. Sometimes we’d be starving while the food just sat there getting cold. One night, my dad came home very late and met all of us asleep at the dining table. My mum started apologizing immediately, saying she tried her best to keep us awake. That was the first time I saw my dad cry. Turns out he grew up in a house where everybody ate separately. No conversations. No waiting for each other. Nothing. According to him, sitting down together for dinner was the only thing that ever made him feel like he successfully built the family he never had.

$100 billion sounds tempting, but loyalty will always mean more than wealth. I’m keeping everyone here because some things can’t be negotiated, no matter the offer. Real value is in the people you’d never trade, and I can’t carry that kind of guilt for the rest of my life just for money.

Imagine that an alien just appeared in your room. They offer you $100 billion to forget what you've seen. The only catch is someone you know personally has to go back with them. Would you take the deal? 👽

The boys in our area always thought my son was a weakling just because he never said a word. They mistook his silence for fear, always pushing him and laughing that he was too weak to handle himself. They didn’t realize that a man who doesn’t talk is a man who is observing everything and his silence was actually his greatest weapon. So....
