Bought a Lacoste polo recently at 50% off for 3.7K. We compared it with our Wellbi polo. Their production cost is roughly 25% lower than ours, mainly because of the material used, not scale. They sell at almost 3x our price after discount. Of course, brands like Lacoste command that pricing because of the brand they’ve built over decades. But purely on breathability and comfort, I can confidently say Wellbi beats it even after 20 washes.
