@JEChalmers Tax the wealthy more heavily. After all, they have likely achieved their wealth in many instances by not paying their workers enough, and pocketing unfair amounts of profit for themselves.

@JEChalmers Rents should be capped at what a pensioner or person on welfare could afford to pay. This would stop corrupt investors buying up properties they can't really afford and expecting those less fortunate to pay their mortgages for them.

We recognise that people are under pressure and more than recognise it, we're doing something about it with decisive action to help with the cost of living, including halving the fuel tax.

@JacintaAllanMP How many charities are simply giving away meals to people who could afford to buy their own food, but who are getting freebies at the expense of the honest taxpayer? It is better to fund the genuinely poor directly and give them dignity and choice over what they eat.
