@ITAAirCS you have the shittiest ground staff in Tunisia. I was denied boarding my flight, even though all my documents were complete, and I arrived 3 hours before boarding started.
Now when I am writing emails about it no one from the airline is being helpful. Do better!!!

Yesterday on my flight a girl boarded with her cat and a few mins after takeoff the cat pooped 😭😭😭 Bro the smell was so awful I wanted to jump off the plane. Whole 2.5 hrs everyone was miserable. 🤢 Even the crew was helpless.
