🇨🇦 For the first time in a long while, Canadians saw leadership that felt grounded, confident, and ready. Not slogans. Not spin. Just clarity, conviction, and a country that still believes it can stand on its own two feet. We’re not a nation in decline. We’re a nation waiting to be led. #Canada #cdnpoli #Leadership #CanadianPride @WorkingCdns @cpc

The country is on its ass…where’s the PM?? What a useless tool. You can’t make Canada better by not being here.

@tleehumphrey Subsidies would imply they produce value for money. I prefer glorified welfare recipients. Straight to the point.

Just saying it has worked for a decade now so why stop. The subsidies addicted MSM won’t question these ridiculous claims & the Liberal base will continue to ignore reality.

@kennyhotz So a revamp? Have respective followers or fans compete for OG memorabilia prizes (cheap) and humiliation for the loser of you two. Which is spenny. If we could just tame spenny, cause we all know he was the belligerent one, so you can platform it.

@kennyhotz A show called “helping spenny”. Where you volunteer to help spenny in various daily tasks, out of kindness. Like when you bought him the parrot.

@kennyhotz I always thought that, if you two were going to do a one-off season/movie, you would give Spenny a second chance to compete in challenges that he thought he could've won the first time, only for you to trick/double-cross him again and lap him.

@bubbleslake @HedyFry @MDA_space It’s an investment. So it’s on the books but not really kn the books. If it gets anywhere near completion and may have a tiny profit, they may put it on the books as success. If not it’s a learning experience.

If you truly want someone to think about their ideology don't attack them with facts and reason, just ask them "why" - why do you feel this way? - why is this threatening? - why do you want it to stop? Thinking makes people assess their beliefs, more so than counter arguments

I got block for discussing milk, asking where the casualties are from the sub par milk in America. Truth is the casualties are here. Paying more and more everyday for no reason but greed.
Ironman@_Steve_34

@gldngirlgadfly @nationalpost Wrong again honey. I’m not maga. Canada doesn’t have higher standards. Get off your high horse. It’s fkn milk. Canada has a dairy cartel and propaganda programming you to think you get the best when in fact you don’t. Its no better or worse for consumption, as for price, you lose

@_Steve_34 @nationalpost You MAGAs are all the same. Willing to eat shit for Trump rather look at an issue on its merits. Canada has higher standards for food than the US. These standards and tariffs existed before Trump and before Trudeau.

@gldngirlgadfly @nationalpost I’m stupid but you’re trying to sway an argument using a fruit loops comparison to milk. Gotcha. What was I thinking. Of course sub par milk without standards doesn’t kill anyone. It’s just bad. Trump might have actually made it or something.

@_Steve_34 @nationalpost Please don’t play stupid. Just because nobody died doesn’t make it good. Canada generally has higher standards for food than the US. That is why our Froot Loops are paler than the ones in the US. We prohibit certain dyes and additives the US approves.

As of Q4 2025 (the most recent data, released by Statistics Canada on March 16, 2026), Canadian household credit market debt reached a record $3.222 trillion. This figure (seasonally adjusted) includes mortgages (roughly 75% of the total) and non-mortgage debt such as consumer credit, loans, and lines of credit. It grew 4.4% year-over-year, with borrowing flows at $36.2 billion in the quarter (mortgages drove most of the increase at $28.7 billion, while non-mortgage slowed). Note on alternative measures: Credit bureau data from TransUnion reports $2.6 trillion in total household debt across credit products (up 4.3% YoY, with ~$1.9 trillion in mortgages), reflecting a slightly different scope focused on tracked consumer and mortgage balances. Key Ratios and Affordability • Debt-to-disposable income ratio: 177.2% (or precisely 177.18%). This means Canadian households owed about $1.77 in credit market debt for every $1 of disposable income. The ratio rose for the fifth straight quarter (+0.9 percentage points) but remains well below its 2022 peak of 188.2%.

@slk55again That checks out. $3T. There is no way to recover from this. Especially when govt is selected for us. Young people need to move away to make a better life than here. For at least a decade. The place we called home is gone, turned into survivalville.
