The FAA has approved tomorrow's Falcon 9 launch of Hera (NET 14:52 UTC) because its mission profile does not include a de-orbit burn, so there is no chance for the Crew-9 mishap to reoccur. Falcon 9 is not yet cleared to return to flight for other missions.
