@gakonst Been playing around with github.com/RhysSullivan/e…
And like it a lot so far. Early stage but @RhysSullivan is clearly onto something here and has lots of cool stuff in the works

@MichaelArnaldi @AnthropicAI Would highly recommend. I write a lot of effect code and it performs much better (even outside last 2 days). Would recommend using high reasoning (extra high is overkill) most of the time to see how you like it

At least confirmed by 3 people in my close circle, all reporting the same at the same time. This can't keep happening with @AnthropicAI models, thinking of switching to GPT

As the local-first podcast is currently on pause I am thinking of starting a podcast on software factories if there's enough interest. 👀
Johannes Schickling@schickling
Software engineering is no longer about building products. It’s about building systems and software factories. The best engineers I know have already internalized this and are shipping like crazy.

@harrysolovay Very cool been loving these posts. Will def be checking this out at some point

Liminal is nascent.
There is a lot of work to be done before a first major release.
But incase you're curious, you can follow along here...

@Cheguevoblin Definitely focus on learning one well for at least 1-3 months. By learning one well thoroughly to start, the transfer learning when picking up new language later is much easier.
It’s a bit of conceptual overload if you just hop between languages at the beginning.

@yacineMTB If you had to summarize the main improvements this switch made for your workflow, what would they be? Been thinking about this for awhile but always thought it would be a big learning curve

@JonGalt14 Try bebop.xyz
Not sure how long tail you’re talking but they support selling a set of tokens for a single token
English

@iamllanero @Rabby_io Oh I hadn’t used it so was just asking. But yea as a dev that’s a deal breaker. But for personal use might check it out

@_bout3fiddy_ @0x94305 @0xdoug For point 1 here, not quite understanding what the downside of using a pool contract as an inventory contract is. Would you mind providing some more detail on that?

1/ You used to know as Crocswap. Now we're @ambient_finance and live on Ethereum (more chains soon)
A quick intro to what we've built and where we're going...

@zrowgz @PatrickAlphaC Agreed. The other thing that’s nearly as bad is the lack of useful apps with sustainable business models
English

@PatrickAlphaC I’d definitely say UX because the worst UX is losing all your money to an exploit. So bugs and exploits within bad UX. Also, private keys are challenging for most people to grok as there isn’t a customer support line to call when they mess up

@ViktorDefi @0xAlunara Also if you’re a front end / backend engineer looking to make this change yourself I’m currently hiring both kinds over at @hourglasshq

@ViktorDefi @0xAlunara Worked my 9-5 plus a crypto job on the side for a year before hopping in full time. Been full time almost 6 months and very happy with it. I’m fully remote, get to work on really interesting technical problems, and get to work with really fun and interesting people

@TheRogueItachi It’s criminal that this tweet was up for a whole hour and I was the first one to like it
