Women did not overtake men in any of the hard education fields. Even when women become doctors, they major in the easy subjects. What happened is, women stopped having children and needed a substitute activity, so they got a vanity education.
This means only 1 thing: Academia are scam institutions that made a lot of money off of educating women in bullshit jobs that the economy doesn't need.

I found out fairly late in my career that if you want a mentor as a man, you need to join an organization that essentially exists to provide them, and you need to make a composite out of several men. Women just get several by default. It is what it is.
