Players You can't gain weight because you're not eating enough calories, and you're not lifting hard enough. It's as simple as that. 6000 calories per day should be the goal. It requires discipline. Schools are not recruiting undersized weak kids. Stop with the excuses and get to work. Your body is your billboard.
