This isn’t an excuse because I don’t think it’s acceptable, but the Thunder are clearly not bringing the necessary level of intensity to these games. These teams smell the champ’s blood and are coming for their throat, and OKC hasn’t been rising to that at all.

It’s going to be interesting, we’ve seen Shai have to carry the offense but not often without JDub for a full game With JDub off the court last year and Shai asked to have the ball more, he was averaging nearly 40 POINTS. I don’t expect Shai to start the season AS aggressive, especially for a full game, but it’ll be interesting to see how much they trust guys like Ajay/Wiggins/Chet to organize offense without him.
