1/30 Yearly open letter to @sammathews about Fnatic League of Legends situation, 2025 edition Fnatic repeated the same mistakes I've been describing in my previous threads. We need TRANSPARENCY, not empty promises. Fans, feel free to share your thoughts as well. 🧵⤵️

Bonjour, Désolé pour le rollback annoncé sur Dofus Rétro. Je veillerai personnellement à ce que les compensations soient à la hauteur. Nous allons mener des actions supplémentaires contre les bots, mais honnêtement, c’est un combat perdu d’avance. Chaque règle que nous mettons en place finit toujours par être contournée. Et dès que nous proposons quelque chose d’un minimum efficace, ils nous le font payer dans la foulée. Tout comme vous, cette situation nous casse vraiment les c… depuis trop longtemps. De plus, nous faisons face actuellement à une crise liée à des attaques visant l’ensemble de l’entreprise. Depuis plus d’un mois, Ankama est mise en danger par des hackers. Une grande partie de nos développeurs passe ses journées à contrer leurs attaques et à maintenir nos défenses. Vous voyez la scène de Gandalf face au Balrog ? On est un peu là-dedans… Je vous prépare un message pour le début de la semaine prochaine afin de vous expliquer en détail ces différents sujets.

If the bug becomes a ghost, there is only grass left, thus ghost/grass. The defensive line of bug type being better is off-topic when discussing what makes more sense lore-wise ngl.

Vous faites des économies sur notre dos en n'embauchant pas de modération payée, ex. une équipe de 6 en 3:8 ça serait déjà largement suffisant. Par contre l'abonnement, lui, il augmente. Ca vous saoule beaucoup moins que nous; nous on baisse notre froc à la fin

Ankama ne chie sur personne. Ça nous saoule autant que vous d’avoir ces saloperies sur le jeu. On contre régulièrement les bots mais ils reviennent systématiquement. On va agir à nouveau mais ils reviendront d’une autre façon. Pour réellement les contrer il faudrait qu’on change le jeu en profondeur.

C'est trop demandé d'avoir un modo qui se connecte 5min par jour pour nettoyer un peu ? Parce que c'est bien beau de recruter des gens en modération mais si ils se connectent jamais ça sert a R. * Le jeu est INFECTE en ce moment ! @Totankama @AnkamaGames @DOFUSRetro_FR #DOFUS

How could it be any different ? We don't even know if we have a director anymore or not, in any case, we don't have anyone knowledgeable about League in that position. The offseason was a shit show. We're just a top 8 low-resource team. Will you eventually admit it ? @FNATIC

Welcome for the content. At no point was this implied as the reason for our shortcomings. I've been asked how to deal with a staff member being out for a week due to sickness and ofc it's a hard position I hoped to avoid. Everyone in the office keeps working hard.

@sammathews @LeagueScoutHugo Boss, I hope that addressing these things will also mean addressing Fnatic League ambitions. Currently they definitely don't match a title contender. Either you address why and how it'll be fixed, or just assess that we don't aim for the title anymore. That's what fans want. 🧡

@FNATIC @LEC PR message, but that actually doesn't acknowledge any issue. Fnatic does not have the luxury of being a ChatGPT-led org, we need accountability, explanations and transparency. You can't expect fans to be coerced to support the org without accountability forever.
