Another Runnin’ O’ the Green in the books. ☘️ Thanks to everyone who came out to run, cheer, and volunteer. And a special shoutout to our Team WECU volunteers who directed and cheered participants along the route, helped with setup and cleanup, and passed out water and snacks.

Team WECU recently helped Growing Veterans prep for the new growing season. Volunteers planted more than 1,500 seeds, including cauliflower, peppers, jalapeños, and tomatoes. Growing Veterans is a nonprofit empowering veterans through farming, community, and connection.

Today on International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the incredible women of WECU — leaders, mentors, and community‑builders who inspire us every day. Thank you to the women who lift others up, lead with heart, and make WECU stronger. 💙

From March 1–31, we’re collecting essential baby supplies to support local families. We’re accepting diapers, baby wipes, infant formula, and aby food in squeezable pouches or plastic containers. Drop off items at any WECU Financial Center. 💛

In 2025, WECU invested over $580,000 into local nonprofits, education, and community initiatives across Western Washington—because when our communities thrive, so do our members. Thank you to all our members who help make this possible!

Our goal for the 2025 United Way Workplace Campaign was to raise $100,000—and thanks to our incredible employees, we surpassed it, raising over $108,000 for United Way! To celebrate? A few of our leadership team took a pie in the face for a great cause. 😄
